Key Responsibilities
- Production Management: Planning, scheduling, and executing production to meet quality, cost, and on-time delivery targets.
- Maintenance Strategy: Implementing preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for mechanical, electrical, and robotic systems.
- Asset Management: Minimizing downtime and ensuring the reliability of manufacturing equipment and facilities infrastructure.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforcing Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and maintaining environmental standards on the shop floor.
- Operational Excellence: Driving continuous improvement (e.g., Lean manufacturing) to improve productivity, reduce waste, and manage spare parts inventory.
- Team Leadership: Supervising, mentoring, and training production and maintenance personnel.
