Our team is incredibly diverse with over 20 nationalities globally. We value smart and innovative people who also work effectively in a team environment and who are global players.

About the Role:

As a Senior Associate, you will play a central role in commercial execution—supporting deal cycles from first discovery through demo, proof‑of‑concept, onboarding preparation, and early value realization. You will translate client requirements into clear solution narratives, coordinate with internal teams (Product, Data, Operations), and help ensure a high‑quality experience for prospects and customers. The role is ideal for a strong communicator with an interest in private markets and SaaS, who enjoys working hands‑on with clients and wants to grow into broader ownership over time.

This role works closely with Sales, Product, and Client Solutions teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify prospects by understanding their organization, investment workflows, and success criteria
  • Prepare and deliver tailored solution presentations and product demos (with Sales and Product as needed)
  • Support customer onboarding and early lifecycle success (kick‑offs, enablement, follow‑ups, and issue triage)
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Data, Operations) to address client questions and deliver next steps reliably
  • Translate requirements into clear use cases and value propositions, and contribute to proposals and written client communication
  • Contribute to proof‑of‑concepts and trials: define scope, track progress, gather feedback, and support decision-making
  • Build and maintain strong product and domain knowledge (private markets, bench-marking/analytics) and help improve internal enablement materials over time

  • Near‑native English proficiency; comfortable presenting to international clients
  • Structured, analytical thinking; able to explain complex topics clearly and simply
  • Strong stakeholder and project coordination skills; reliable follow‑through and attention to detail
  • Comfort working with data and technology (SaaS platforms); eager to learn private markets concepts
  • Prior experience in a client‑facing role (e.g., sales, pre‑sales, consulting, customer success, or support) is a plus

Nice to Have

  • Arabic (helpful for selected client interactions)
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales processes (pipeline, next steps, documentation)
  • Interest in private markets (PE/VC/private credit), portfolio analytics, or data‑driven investment solutions
