We’re looking for a dynamic Assistant Store Manager to join our Essendon DFO team on a 12 month contract and help deliver an exceptional shopping experience that reflects the 2XU brand.
In this role, you’ll take the lead in driving store performance, coaching a high-energy team, managing inventory, visual merchandising, sales targets and budgets – all while making sure our customers leave the store inspired.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive store performance by achieving sales targets, KPIs, and fostering team growth
- Deliver a world-class customer experience that embodies the 2XU brand
- Lead operational excellence across inventory, rostering, visual merchandising, and store presentation
- Support and inspire your team through coaching, mentoring, and hands-on leadership
- Maintain a clean, organised, and visually striking store environment
What You’ll Bring
- Retail store management / 2IC experience (essential)
- A genuine passion for health, fitness, and high-performance apparel
- Confident, hands-on leadership with the ability to motivate and inspire your team
- A proven track record of hitting sales targets and KPIs
- Operational expertise in rostering, stock management, and store presentation
