We are  recruiting for Family Medicine Physicians to join a busy, well-supported, and collegial practice with immediate access to an existing patient base and strong community demand. ​  The clinic is part of an integrated healthcare environment designed to support physician success and patient care. Position Details Practice Model: Family Health Organization (FHO) Clinic Size: 8 Physicians within the FHO Kennedy Location Team: 6 Family Physicians Position Type: Full-time, Part-time, Locum, or Flexible Schedule Work Arrangement: In-person, Virtual, or Hybrid Compensation: Competitive 75/25 fee split What You Can Expect Existing patient panel available Minimum 300+ unattached patients requiring a family physician High walk-in patient volume Strong demand from patients actively seeking primary care Opportunity to build and expand your roster rapidly Potential pathway to partnership Flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance Full-time, part-time, locum, virtual, hybrid, and in-person opportunities available Clinical & Professional Support Established Family Health Organization (FHO) Collegial team of 8 physicians Mentorship available for new graduates and physicians transitioning into practice Experienced administrative and reception staff Nursing support for:
