We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong experience leading Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) on-premise implementation projects . This role requires a highly skilled communicator who can manage complex stakeholder environments, navigate organizational politics, and keep business users engaged and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing the full lifecycle of Oracle EBS module implementations, from planning and requirements gathering through deployment, user adoption, and post-go-live support.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Oracle EBS on-premise module implementation projects from initiation through completion.

Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

Partner closely with business users, IT teams, leadership, and board-level stakeholders.

Ensure users remain informed, engaged, and supported throughout the project lifecycle.

Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Identify and resolve project risks, conflicts, and organizational challenges.

Support change management, user adoption, and post-implementation stabilization.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:

Strong experience managing Oracle EBS on-premise projects.

Proven understanding of the full lifecycle of Oracle EBS module implementations.

Experience working directly with business users, IT teams, and executive leadership.
