What You’ll Do • Stack completed trusses safely and accurately for staging and shipment • Organize finished products to maintain efficient workflow • Assist with loading and moving materials across the yard • Communicate with team members to support production flow • Follow all safety procedures and proper lifting techniques • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe • Support additional production tasks as needed

Requirements
P referred Qualifications • Forklift experience, especially with lumber or building materials • Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, or production environment • Basic understanding of measurements and material handling
Physical Requirements • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting • Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments in all seasons • Ability to safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
