To perform investigations for pharma-biotech industry supporting the complaints system.
- Investigations management, including root cause analysis.
- Lead and manage investigations, performing data analysis and trending of information to detect signals proactively and take appropriate actions on time.
- Summarize closed investigations into the database accurately.
- Ensure investigations are concise, clear and science-based by reviewing and approving such investigations.
- Follow-up on corrective actions derived from investigations through completion.
- Responsible of conducting and documenting the investigation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science & 5 years of experience in pharma-biotech investigations
- B ilingual (Spanish/English)
- Written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation and presentation skills
- Computer literacy
