We're looking for a motivated, creative Marketing Executive to join our Dubai team!
✨ What You'll Do
Social Media & Content
Manage and grow LPM Dubai's social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn)
Create and edit engaging photo/video content in collaboration with our local photographer
Community management — respond to comments and messages, keep the brand voice consistent
Guest Engagement & PR
Support CRM initiatives — newsletters, guest communications, loyalty touchpoints
Coordinate with our local PR agency on media relations and brand visibility
Help plan and promote in-restaurant events and activations
Marketing Operations
Support the General Manager on marketing action plans, budgets, and trackers
Keep documentation organized and initiatives on track
What We're Looking For
Experience in social media or marketing (F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands a plus)
Comfortable with Photoshop/Lightroom and basic photo & video editing
Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic or French a plus
Organized, creative, and a proactive team player
