Designed to support children’s curiosity, development, and lifelong love of learning, the school will also serve as a vital resource for families working and innovating in the ERC community.

Our schools are part of a global, mission-driven early education organization dedicated to supporting the emotional and cognitive development of children in their earliest years. Babilou Family US is seeking inspiring Early Educators to join our school opening in Fall 2026 at Harvard’s Enterprise Research Center (ERC) in Boston, MA. Situated at the heart of a world-renowned innovation district, this role offers the rare opportunity to help shape a visionary early learning program that supports children’s curiosity, fosters lifelong learning, and serves as a cornerstone for families and the ERC community. As an Early Educator, you will contribute to a safe, nurturing, and sustainable learning environment where children can grow, explore, and thrive. You will work collaboratively to implement meaningful learning experiences, maintain an organized and eco‑minded classroom, and foster respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues. This role is ideal for someone excited about early learning, teamwork, and incorporating sustainable education practices into daily routines.
This location will operate year-round, Monday–Friday, 7:00AM-6:00PM

Classroom Leadership and Sustainable Education Design and implement daily lesson plans and learning experiences aligned with developmentally appropriate practice and sustainable education principles. Lead classroom organization and routines that promote environmental responsibility, mindful material use, and stewardship habits. Model best practices for the teaching team and ensure high‑quality instructional delivery. KPIs •Deliver consistently high‑quality lessons aligned with curriculum and sustainability goals •Maintain zero major safety incidents annually •Achieve strong classroom observation results and quality ratings Child Supervision and Development Supervise children during learning activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor exploration that fosters connection to nature and hands‑on learning. Serve as a Mandated Reporter in accordance with state law, maintaining full responsibility to recognize, document, and immediately report any suspected child abuse, neglect, or endangerment. Support each child’s developmental needs, using observation and documentation to guide instruction and promote holistic growth. KPIs •Ensure 100 percent adherence to child safety protocols •Document observations for 100 percent of assigned children each month Family Engagement Build strong, trusting relationships with families through consistent, professional, and sustainability‑minded communication practices. Lead or participate in conferences, family events, and community learning opportunities that strengthen family involvement. KPIs •Respond to family inquiries within 24 hours •Participate in at least two-family engagement events per year •Maintain strong family satisfaction feedback Professional Development and Team Collaboration Maintain all required certifications and participate in ongoing training, including sustainability‑focused professional learning. Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen classroom systems, curriculum implementation, and the school’s sustainability initiatives. Coach and support Assistant Teachers in instructional practices and environmentally responsible classroom routines. KPIs •Complete 100 percent of annual training requirements •Participate in at least one professional development activity per quarter •Demonstrate consistent collaboration and support for classroom team membersQualifications:

Must pass required state and company background checks.
- Must have a high school diploma, GED, or be enrolled in classes.
- EEC teacher certification or requirements completed to be submitted for review (for roles requiring EEC Certification).
- Adhere to all company policies and EEC regulations.
- Ability to stand, move, run, and play for most of the day.
- Ability to lift up to 50pounds multiple times a day.
