The Recruiting & Hiring Manager is responsible for managing the recruiting, hiring and onboarding processes for new part-time Event Staff and Security Officer employees. This is a high volume, service industry recruiting position. (500+ annually)

Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
Ability to obtain TX DPS Private Security Bureau Level II Guard Card.
Must have effective interpersonal skills, a passion for people, and enjoy networking and building relationships both in person and over the phone.
Must have a strong sense of urgency, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
Available to work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with flexibility to support recruiting events and hiring activities as required.
QualificationsRecruiting:
Actively seek out part-time professionals with the right combination of experience and skills to join our team.
Consistently hire new part-time Event Staff and Security Officers via online job boards, job fairs, college campus interviewing, etc.
Run background checks and conduct high volume interviewing sessions.
Develop recruiting plans, write job descriptions, publicize job openings, develop a pool of qualified individuals
Research, manage, and coordinate all recruiting and networking opportunities
Team Building/Employee Relations
Manage new part-time Event Staff and Security employee onboarding and welcoming
Assist in the management of hiring related tasks, projects, and people; either directly or indirectly
Assist Event Managers with deployment management
Assist in maintaining employee records and tracking employee availability
Maintain an open line of communication with other 5 STAR supervisors and managers
Maintain an open line of communication with the 5 STAR corporate team
Build rapport with employees; Learn their strengths/weaknesses
Identify employee skills and availability & recommend position deployment
Other hiring related tasks as assigned
