Responsible for the overall strategic planning, management and oversight of the Marketing division. Leads advertising, branding, creative services, recruitment marketing, promotional campaigns, event support, and agency relationships to advance the College's strategic goals and enrollment objectives.

- Provides leadership and oversight to develop a Collegewide strategic plan for marketing and institutional branding.
- Leads collegewide marketing and advertising planning, based on research and the College’s long range and marketing plans.
- Provides leadership and oversight for the development and dissemination of College marketing materials, recruiting and promotional materials, advertising materials and certain College publications.
- Provides direct supervision to Marketing staff in the overall management of marketing initiatives.
- Plans, recommends, implements and manages marketing and advertising activities to supportthemission andgoalsofthecollege.
- Defines scope and sequence on key projects and utilizes project planning and management best practices.
- Develops goals and metrics for team success andevaluates projectanddepartmentsuccess against establishedmetrics.
- Works to ensure that college positions and messaging appears consistently in official college publications, webcontentandthroughoutallcommunicationplatforms.
- Recommends quality standards and develops an identity for branded marketing and promotional materials throughoutPHSC.
- Promotes a positive image of PHSC through consistent, branded marketing and promotional materials.
- Collaborateswithdivisionsthroughoutthecollegetoassessmarketingneedstosupporttheirspecialized goals in order to recommend and develop appropriate branded promotions aligned with overall college missionandgoals.
- Supports the use of brand guides, communications and messaging to internal audiences encouraging college employees to be brand ambassadors and to build a culture of pride, camaraderie, respect and service, supportingthecollegemissiontothepublicandstudents.
- Collaborates with Vice Presidents, Deans, Public Information Officer, District Board of Trustees, PHSC Foundation Marketing Coordinator and administrative staffonappropriatemarketingmatters.
- Researches best practices as well as marketing programs of other colleges.
- Proofreads editorial materials including publications and promotional materials in accordance with PHSC style guide.
- Evaluates effectiveness of marketing and advertising programs.
- Serves as a member of the President’s Cabinet.
- Serves on committees as appropriate.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or related fields from a regionally accredited institution
- Three (3) years of related experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
- Experience in coordinating and executing marketing and advertising plans; strong creative,organizational,andprojectmanagementskills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum five (5) years of demonstrated marketing and advertising activities.
- Background in publications, promotional activities and special events planning preferred
- Supervisory experience
