Human Resources Assistant (Ref: 260000NQ)

Responsibilities

• Support human resources services in Business Partner team of Hong Kong Property & International Business with guidance on HR policies and practices, including recruitment to onboarding, benefits administration and movements throughout employee life cycle
• Maintain staff record in HR management system (HRMS), handle related documentation and compile various reports
• Support the application of digitalised HR initiatives with exposure to different systems and technologies
• Take up other administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments as required
   

Requirements

• Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including Chinese and English Languages
• A minimum of 4 years' relevant experience
• Good team player with positive attitude
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with awareness of confidentiality
• Hands-on experience in software applications such as Chinese and English word processing, Excel, PowerPoint,etc.
• Candidates with higher qualification but less experience will also be considered

Remarks

• Fresh graduates with temporary or internship experience will also be considered
