We’re seeking an Executive Coordinator to support a forward-thinking Global Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary within a privately owned, rapidly expanding organisation operating across Australia, Canada, the US, and the UK.
This opportunity is open to individuals from diverse backgrounds — including hospitality, retail, administration, logistics, operations, or project coordination — who are known for their reliability, strong judgement, and ability to stay organised in fast-paced environments. About the opportunityIn this role, you’ll act as a trusted right-hand to the Global CFO, ensuring their day-to-day priorities are managed seamlessly. You’ll be responsible for coordinating workflows, anticipating needs, and keeping the function running efficiently behind the scenes.
You’ll also be working alongside a leader who actively embraces innovation, including AI and emerging technologies, to drive smarter and more effective ways of working.
Key responsibilities-
Deliver high-level coordination and administrative support to the Global CFO and Company Secretary.

Oversee a busy, international schedule, managing competing priorities across multiple time zones.

Arrange end-to-end travel, including complex international itineraries, accommodation, and logistics.

Assist with inbox management and draft communications on behalf of the CFO.

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a key liaison point.

Ensure documentation and records are maintained with accuracy, discretion, and confidentiality.

Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying more efficient ways of working, including leveraging digital and AI tools.
