Senior Specialist - Regional Talent Acquisition (ID Based)

Job Purpose

We are looking for individuals who have a passion in talking with people, headhunts, finding good talents. This role will mainly help our diverse team in hiring commercial, marketing, financial & accounting areas.

Duties and responsibilities

• Working as a part of a regional talent acquisition team, act as a PIC for local hiring needs
• Sourcing top talent using a variety of creative techniques and managing the existing pipeline of candidates
• Performing pre-screening calls and interviews to analyze applicant's abilities and fit to company culture
• Assessing applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Supporting on-board process in order to become fully integrated.
• Maintaining data reports and performance metrics to drive improvements as needed
• Promoting company’s reputation (Employer's branding)
• Assist with other human resource related tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years working experience in sourcing & recruiting, preferably hiring experience across Southeast Asia.
• Experience closing senior and/or executive-level candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages
• Must be data driven, and able to track, measure and report on all parts of the recruitment funnel.
• Deep exposure in recruiting commercials, marketing, financial & accounting, technology roles.
• Background in industries of e-commerce, retails, fast-growing companies would be an added plus.
• Able to work under pressure and flexibility to adapt to the fast moving organisation.
• Able to work independently and as a team player.
• Fluency in local language and English.
