Job Description
Melaksanakan dan memantau kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian di unit Inpatient Pharmacy agar menjamin mutu pelayanan dan keselamatan pasien serta sesuai dengan standar prosedur operasional yang telah ditetapkan oleh Rumah Sakit.
Qualifications
- Professional Degree from Pharmacist
- Minimun 1 year work experience in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting
- Strong clinical knowledge and skills in pharmacotherapy, drug interactions, and patient care.
- Expertise in the preparation, dispensing, and monitoring of a wide range of medication
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and guidelines related to pharmacy practice, including medication safety and controlled substances.
