Mō tēnei tūranga | About the Opportunity We are looking for Change Managers and Senior Change Managers for short and long-term engagements supporting critical priorities across Fonterra. In these roles, you will support the design and delivery of change activity that helps people understand, adopt, and work effectively through change. Working closely with delivery teams, sponsors, and leaders, you will ensure change is practical, well-considered, and focused on achieving intended outcomes.
As the Co-op continues its journey as a more focused B2B organisation, we are looking for experienced change practitioners who can help embed common ways of working that prioritise value creation. We are particularly interested in people with a proven track record of delivering successful change in frontline Operations environments.
Amongst our current needs are immediate support for workstreams in manufacturing environments:
Mōu | About You You bring a practical and structured approach to delivering change, applying change management frameworks in a way that supports adoption and delivers real outcomes. You build trust and credibility with leaders, teams, and stakeholders, and are comfortable influencing others to support behavioural and ways of working change.
You’re well organised and confident managing multiple concurrent change initiatives in fast moving and ambiguous environments. You work effectively within delivery teams, understanding when to lead, when to support, and how to contribute to overall programme success.
Experience working with front line manufacturing or operations environments similar to those at the heart of the Co-op is highly regarded. You will have an understanding of the complexities and impacts of change in these settings.
You communicate and engage clearly and thoughtfully, tailoring your approach to different audiences, and you’re committed to continuously improving your practice by seeking feedback and applying what you learn, while supporting others to do the same.
