Sales Training System Development - Design a training framework covering the entire sales funnel: lead acquisition → showroom reception → test-drive experience → quotation & negotiation → delivery follow-up, tailored to Malaysia market characteristics; - Establish a tiered sales advisor certification system (e.g., Junior → Senior → Gold) to link training with performance and career progression. 2. Course Development & Localization - Develop and continuously update training courses, including: in-depth model product analysis, competitive comparison battle cards, objection-handling scripts, standardized test-drive protocols, and F&I/trade-in/insurance upselling techniques; - Localize HQ training materials into Bahasa Malaysia/English, adapting to local consumer culture and car-buying behaviors. 3. Training Delivery & Implementation - Regularly organize new hire sales onboarding bootcamps, new model launch sprint trainings, and quarterly sales skills workshops; - Conduct on-site dealer coaching (ride-alongs, role-play scenarios, deal win/loss reviews) to ensure training translates into real closing capabilities. 4. Effectiveness Tracking & Enablement Loop - Design post-training assessment mechanisms (written tests + role-play + mystery shopper + 30-day sales tracking) to quantify training impact on conversion rates, test-drive ratios, and margin retention; - Continuously refine training content based on sales data and frontline feedback, precisely targeting business pain points. 5. Cross-functional & Dealer Collaboration - Partner with marketing to align new model launch messaging with promotional campaigns; - Work with regional managers and dealer management teams to tailor training solutions for different regions and dealer tiers.QualificationsQualifications - Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing or related fields; - Minimum 5 years of experience in sales training or frontline sales management, with at least 2 years specifically in the automotive industry (OEM or dealer group); - Deep understanding of the full automotive sales cycle, with proven hands-on closing experience – not purely a theoretical trainer; - Strong course development and facilitation skills, capable of managing the entire cycle from needs analysis to on-the-ground delivery; - Language proficiency: Fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written) – able to deliver training and develop materials directly in local languages. Chinese is a plus; - Willingness to travel frequently across states for dealer coaching;Apply
