The role

As a Senior Executive, you will play a key role in managing learning and development projects, facilitating behavioural training programmes, and supporting clients in identifying and addressing capability development needs. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create engaging learning experiences while contributing to the growth of our Academy business.

Your responsibilities:

• Design, coordinate and deliver behavioural training programmes for clients across different industries;
• Manage learning and development projects from conception through implementation and evaluation;
• Support the development of customised training solutions aligned with client needs and business objectives;
• Facilitate workshops and learning sessions, both in-person and virtual environments;
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high-quality participant experience;
• Identify business development opportunities and contribute to the preparation of proposals and commercial presentations;
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative learning methodologies and content.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering behavioural training programmes;
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken;
• Previous consulting experience will be highly valued;
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and initiative;
• Creativity and ability to develop engaging learning experiences;
• Strong client orientation and relationship management skills;
• Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills;
• Team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
