The Principal, AGL Sales drives revenue growth and strategic partnerships for Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) by leading enterprise sales initiatives and developing long-term customer relationships. This role owns the full sales cycle for high-value accounts, from prospecting and solution design to contract negotiation and account management. The Principal identifies market opportunities, builds customized logistics solutions that leverage AGL's capabilities, and collaborates cross-functionally with operations, product, and finance teams to deliver customer outcomes. Success requires deep expertise in supply chain logistics, consultative selling, and the ability to influence C-level decision-makers. The role demands a strategic mindset to expand AGL's market presence while achieving revenue targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- 10+ years of sales experience
- Experience and understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India and exposure to prior interactions with sellers and distributors
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience relationship building and influencing at the C-level of Fortune 500 customers
- Experience using Salesforce
- Experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing opportunities across a wide spectrum of customer engagement levels
