16VC is an early-stage venture capital firm backing exceptional founders. We believe great design strengthens trust, storytelling, and community. We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can create modern, premium visuals that reflect the quality of the founders we support.
What You'll DoDesign graphics for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, newsletters, presentations, and the 16VC website.
Create branding and visual assets for founder events, demo days, fellowship programs, and community initiatives.
Design pitch decks, reports, playbooks, and marketing collateral.
Produce infographics, carousels, and presentation templates.
Collaborate with the Content Strategist to create compelling visual stories.
Maintain and evolve the 16VC brand identity across all touchpoints.
Create thumbnails, banners, and social media creatives.
Support light motion graphics and simple animations when needed.
2–5 years of experience in graphic design or visual communication.
Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma.
Strong typography, layout, and branding skills.
Ability to work quickly while maintaining high design quality.
Understanding of social media formats and content design.
Detail-oriented with excellent visual taste.
Experience designing for startups, technology companies, or venture capital firms.
Knowledge of Canva and AI-assisted design workflows.
Basic motion graphics skills using After Effects or similar tools.
Photography or illustration skills.
Help define the visual identity of a modern venture capital firm.
Collaborate closely with founders, investors, and operators.
High ownership with opportunities to experiment and innovate.
Work in a creative, fast-moving environment where design has a direct impact.
