Your Role

• Inspection routine job and management:

• Establish an inspection team.
• Set-up the authority and responsibilities of all personnel in the inspection team.
• Develop an inspection system that includes management details, supervision system, SOP, WI, etc.
• Develop inspection checklist.
• Implement the inspections according to the system.
• Take corrective and preventive actions.
• Improve the system.

• Develop and implement equipment maintenance:

• Plan and execute maintenance programs.
• Contract planning and execution.
• Spare parts planning and execution.
• Cooperate with facility departments to implement the maintenance.
• Perform emergency repairs.

• Optimization and improvement of process:

Assist the production and facility departments in optimizing processes improving production safety, etc.

• Collaborate with other function group: 

Assist relevant departments to ensure all equipment can operate safely and normally.

• Control and manage expense & Capex:
• Control the expense to meet operation plan and Capex investment for the future business requirement.

    • 制定檢查制度包含管理細節、監督制度、標準程序及工作方法等。
    • 制定檢點表。
    • 依制度落實檢查。
    • 執行預防矯正措施。
    • 完善系統。
  • 發展與執行設備維護保養:
    • 計畫與執行維護保養程序。
    • 計畫與執行發包工作。
    • 計畫與執行被品管理。
    • 與設施所屬部門合作以執行維護保養。
    • 執行緊急維修。
  • 優化及製程改善:
    • 協助生產及設施部門優化製程及提高生產安全等。
  • 與其他功能部門合作:
    • 協助相關部門以確保所有設備可以正常及安全地操作。
  • 控制和管理費用及資本支出（Capex）:
    • 控制預算以達到生產目標及為未來商業需求進行預算投資。

Who You Are

• Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering are preferred.

• Working Experience:

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in the chemical industry preferred.

• Technical & Professional Knowledge:

• Familiar with the maintenance of static equipment, pressure vessel, rotary equipment, scrubber, cleaning room, etc.
• Applicants with experience in chemical plant maintenance are preferred.
• Good English speaking and writing are a plus.
• Ability to communicate and coordinate across functions.
• Applicants with knowledge of precursors on thin film depositions for semiconductor are preferred.
• Active engagement in digital solutions to upskill the teams and elevate operational management to next level.
• Experiences in data analytics, programming is a plus.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently to resolve technical issues.

    • 工程學科或機械工程相關領域的學士學位或以上者優先。
  • 工作經驗:
  • 5年以上化工廠維護經驗者佳。
  • 有參與過建廠或專案試車經驗者佳。
  • 技能與專業知識:
  • 熟悉靜態設備、壓力容器、轉動設備、洗滌塔、無塵室等設備的維護。
  • 有化工產業的維護保養經驗者佳。
  • 良好的英文口說及寫作能力佳。
