In this role, you will support the R&D teams in accelerating new raw material approvals, Thailand FDA registrations, and commercialization readiness for strategic business projects.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate with suppliers to collect regulatory documents required for raw material approvals, chemical approval projects and Thailand FDA registrations.
- Review submitted documents for completeness and prepare regulatory submission packages.
- Submit and maintain raw material regulatory information in internal systems.
- Generate and maintain raw material specifications and related documentation.
- Support Thailand FDA registration activities for natural color products.
- Monitor approval progress and follow up with suppliers, Regulatory Affairs, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
- Support commercialization readiness by maintaining product information in internal systems and preparing documentation for new product launches and Gain Share projects.
What you'll bring:
Bachelor's degree in food science, chemistry, biotechnology, pharmaceutical science, or related scientific fields.
Experience in regulatory affairs, QA, QC, R&D, technical service, or the food ingredient/food manufacturing industry would be advantage.
Good communication skills in both English and Thai.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details.
