Job Summary
The Technical Officer – Electrical & Sales Projects is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and coordination of electrical projects while assisting with technical sales activities. The role involves preparing technical proposals, providing product and system recommendations, coordinating with clients and project teams, ensuring compliance with electrical standards, and supporting project installation, testing, and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
• Attending customers’ queries and requirements for basic products and documentation.
• Devise quotations, invoices, and follow up on deliveries.
• Generate weekly reporting based on product availability from suppliers.
• Liaise with customers on ordering follow up and assist in the stock re-ordering.
• Participate in the preparation and organization of promotional material or events.
Job Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related.
• 1-2 years of work experience
• Eager to learn.
• Positive, proactive, and dynamic personality with an eye for detail.
• Must be available to work odd hours and meet tight deadlines.
• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Being a Self-starter and self-motivated is critical.
