What You'll DoAs a Client Service Associate, you will play an important role in creating positive customer experiences while representing nationally recognized brands at live events.
Your responsibilities include:
- Welcome customers and event attendees with a friendly, professional attitude
- Provide information about products, services, promotions, and upcoming events
- Answer customer questions and resolve concerns with excellent customer service
- Build positive relationships through face-to-face interactions
- Assist with promotional campaigns, community outreach events, and brand activations
- Help coordinate customer engagement activities and event experiences
- Support event setup, organization, and breakdown as needed
- Work closely with teammates to ensure successful event execution
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance while representing the company
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience that supports client goals
