semester, with the potential to continue into future semesters. Responsibilities

assistant to join our team to provide general admin/office support.
The position offers up to 5 hours per week for the entire Fall 2026
semester, with the potential to continue into future semesters. Responsibilities
- Support with 4-5 events in the semester. Dates and times TBD.
- Administrative support as needed (marketing, event planning, data tracking, expense tracking, etc.)
- May also need occasional support in the GCI Makerspace Lab (Hashinger SC 427) with inventory tracking
- Sophomore or Junior level
- Flexible availability for multiple events throughout the semester.
- Especially the GCI Showcases in Fall or Spring, the last Friday of
- the classes from 11 am to 1 pm
- Interest in marketing, events, blog-writing, photography (experience
- not required)
- Problem-solving skills
- Experience in the GCI program (GCI 250 students are also welcome
- to apply!)
