Job Description
Provides administrative and operational support to the division by preparing communications, maintaining confidential records, coordinating employment-related processes and onboarding, performing data entry and audits, and managing calendars and schedules. Assists with special projects, reports, and other administrative activities to support the efficient operation of the division and achievement of organizational objectives.
Essential Duties
- Data entry and various audits
- Prepares communication for memorandums
- Provides administrative support for employment related processes
- Maintains calendars and schedules appointments as necessary
- Maintains and process confidential records
- Coordinates onboarding
- Assists with special projects, reports, and operational initiatives in support of division objectives
- Performs other administrative and related duties as assigned
Public Speaking Duties
- Data reporting in various weekly/monthly meetings
Grade
The grade for this position is B23(1).
Effective 4/11/2023, this position is eligible for the Employee Referral Program.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.; AND
- One year of specialized or technical training in administrative support or related field; AND
- Four years of administrative support or related office experience, OR
- An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
Preferred Qualifications in addition to the above minimum qualifications
- Administrative office experience, Microsoft Software Programs, Oracle/SAP software
