Contracts Supervisor
Location: Leeds

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday plus night
We're looking for a Contract Supervisor to support the delivery of Highways, Arboriculture, Landscape, Ecology and Civils projects across National Highways contracts. Working alongside the Contract Manager, you'll help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with infrastructure experience who's ready to take the next step in their career.
What you’ll do:
Support the planning and delivery of multiple infrastructure projects.
Carry out site visits and assist with project planning and resource coordination.
Monitor project progress, budgets and commercial performance.
Support applications for payment and identify contract variation opportunities.
Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and operational teams.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental standards.
Conduct site inspections and promote a positive safety culture.
Support continuous improvement and mentor site teams where required.

What we’re looking for:
Experience delivering Highways, Infrastructure, Rail or Civils projects.
Good understanding of project management, commercial controls and contract administration.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using Microsoft Office and project management systems.
A proactive approach to health, safety and continuous improvement.
Full UK driving licence.
Desirable:
SMSTS, CSCS, IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications (or willingness to work towards them).
Experience managing subcontractors and supply chain partners.
Knowledge of National Highways contracts and standards.
