Join Transcom as a Global Security Operations Engineer!

Be part of the team that is on the front line of security operations and deliver impactful work on a company-wide level. In this role, you will:

• Be responsible for the security infrastructure 

• Conduct, amongst other things, network and server hardening, pen test, patch management and access control

• Assist in providing audit responses that pertains to PCI DSS, ISO, SOC and other regulatory requirements

• Monitor events from intrusion detection systems and system logs

• Ensure adherence to security procedure requirements

• Respond to and resolve all security incidents

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:

• College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science /cyber security and/or 5 years equivalent work experience in the SecOps / cyber security field

• Ability to work as part of a (remote) team, sharing knowledge and information

• Strong communication skills

• Capacity to work within rules and procedures

• Systematic and methodical approach to tasks

• Fluency in English is a must (both written and spoken)

• Knowledge of SIEM / SOAR tools such as Google SecOps is a plus
