The Role
As Head Sommelier, you own the wine story of our beachfront destination — a list that captures the French Riviera and the LPM table. Part curator, part host, part teacher, you make wine feel generous and effortless, never intimidating.
What you'll do
• Curate and evolve the wine list
• Guide guests with warm, personalised pairings
• Lead and train the sommelier team
• Manage cellar, stock and inventory
• Taste and approve every wine before service
• Grow wine revenue without losing the hospitality
• Run tastings, wine dinners and events
What you need
• 6–8 years luxury hospitality, 3–5 in a senior wine role
• Formal certification (Court of Master Sommeliers / WSET)
• Genuine, unpretentious passion for wine
• Strong list-building and cellar management
