MX-CPS Senior Manager Warehouse

Within our Technical Function, Commercial Products Supply (CPS) plays a critical role in enabling an advantaged supply chain by producing concentrates and beverage bases for bottling partners across the world.

The Senior Warehouse Manager role is a strategic leadership position within CPS, responsible for delivering an end-to-end warehouse vision across the Mexico supply network. This role leads complex, multi-site warehousing operations that support concentrate plants, distribution centers, raw materials warehouses, and AdeS facilities, while partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong supply chain expertise, people leadership, and a continuous improvement mindset to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant warehouse operations that enable business growth and operational resilience.

What You’ll Do for Us

• Own and execute the end-to-end warehouse strategy across Mexico, ensuring alignment with CPS and broader Coca-Cola supply chain objectives.
• Lead inbound and outbound logistics for ingredients, finished goods, and packaging materials across plants, distribution centers, and external warehouse partners.
• Monitor and translate short-, mid-, and long-term volume plans into capacity strategies, proactively identifying storage constraints and implementing mitigation through network optimization or external warehousing solutions.
• Ensure robust compliance with warehousing, inventory management, and materials handling processes, including receiving, inspection, storage, cycle counting, and non-conforming materials management, while meeting KORE, CAD, and internal control requirements.
• Partner with Engineering to plan and execute warehouse-related CAPEX projects, including infrastructure enhancements, automation, and equipment investments that improve safety, capacity, and productivity.
• Drive Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 warehouse performance metrics, using data and KPI dashboards to identify trends, address gaps, and deliver sustainable improvement in service, cost, quality, and safety.
• Foster a strong culture of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality by implementing process controls aligned with Good Warehousing Practices, HACCP/FSSC standards, and company quality systems, and by leading corrective actions when deviations occur.
• Lead and develop a diverse team of managers, coordinators, analysts, and frontline associates, establishing technical and developmental training plans, coaching leaders, and promoting engagement, inclusion, and high performance.
• Manage relationships and negotiations with external partners, including third-party warehouses, transportation providers, and equipment suppliers, ensuring service levels and cost effectiveness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Planning, Finance, Engineering, and external bottlers and suppliers to ensure seamless material flow and operational alignment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience delivering complex warehouse and logistics operations.
• More than five years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations leadership, with demonstrated accountability for multi-site warehouse environments.
• Proven experience as a leader of leaders, including responsibility for developing managers, enabling performance, providing feedback, and driving engagement across diverse teams.
• Strong working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and end-to-end inventory controls in high-volume, regulated environments.
• Proficiency in SAP (MM, SD, IM, EWM); experience with S/4HANA is desirable.
• Demonstrated capability in managing operating budgets, capital investments, and resource allocation to meet business goals and financial targets.
• Deep understanding of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality systems, including HACCP/FSSC, Good Warehousing Practices, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes in response to operational issues, customer complaints, or process deviations.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities, applying sound judgment, delegation, and time management to deliver results in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent English required to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across concentrate plants, CPS leadership, and technical networks.
• Master’s degree or MBA with a focus on Supply Chain or Operations is considered an asset.
