Job Description
At Guzman y Gomez, we believe in authentic flavors and the power of food to bring people together. Our Crew at GYG, are front and center guaranteeing an exceptional guest experience. As a Crew Member (Line and Sales) you'll roll burritos, serve up fresh and delicious food, and make every guest love us from the moment they walk in. No two shifts are the same, and there is a real world of opportunity to grow. So many of our leaders started right here.
What You'll Do
Here's what a shift looks like:
- Greet every guest with a warm welcome and take orders on the till.
- Roll burritos and serve up food to our quality, presentation and food safety standards.
- Cook and season fries, keeping them fresh and hot.
- Check every order before it goes out so guests get exactly what they ordered.
- Keep the salsa station and line topped up with fresh produce.
- Wipe down tables, clear rubbish and keep the restaurant clean and safe.
- Learn every station from line to fries, coffee and sales.

Training will commence prior to the restaurant opening in a nearby restaurant.
