Ecommerce Advisor DFS EOL Remarketing
Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as a E-Business Advisor on our DFS Remarketing Team out of Romania. This role will support global online channels with a primary focus on the US direct channel and European marketplace channel.
What you’ll achieve
What you’ll achieve as an E-Business Advisor, you will develop and implement marketing strategies to optimize the online user experience, increasing marketing effectiveness, merchandising product placement and content to optimize end-to-end conversion for our DTC channels. As well as working within our direct channels, you will be our marketplace channel owner. You will use data-driven analytics to develop actionable initiatives to drive sales and achieve profitable allocation of inventory for both channels.
You will:
- Lead the strategy and execution of global Ecommerce initiatives and website experiences, optimizing brand presentation, customer engagement, and conversion rate in support of an integrated digital marketing strategy
- Drive data‑led analysis to inform enhancements to the commerce platform, delivering innovative demand-generation strategies and a best‑in‑class online customer experience. Define, measure, and manage performance against key online KPIs, ensuring programs deliver against revenue, margin, and growth objectives
- Leverage deep expertise in digital demand generation, search capabilities (SEO and SEM), and emerging AI‑driven optimization techniques (including generative search, content optimization, and Agentic Commerce) to develop and optimize strategies that increase qualified traffic and conversion, evaluate, and recommend future AIO and SEO platform architecture and technology enhancements to evolve a world‑class eCommerce and e‑tail experience
Own and optimize Marketplace channel(s). Optimizing product allocation, category benchmarks, listing quality, order management and overall channel profitability.
Partner closely with ecomm development, and QA teams to support the implementation, testing, and launch of new features and functionality
Work with the Paid Media team to deliver robust data-informed strategies to deliver best ROI on Google AdWords, Google Shopping, Meta Ads and all paid media channels

Essential Requirements
A proven history of successfully developing e-business strategies and solutions
3-5 years of related experience
A deep knowledge of leading-edge architectures and technology enhancements
Marketplace and omnichannel sales experience
Proven experience with SEO and AIO, including generative search and agentic tools
Experience working in a large, complex, matrix technology organization with 5–7 integrations simultaneously
Project management skills, with strong organizational and communication skills
Desirable Requirements
Bachelors’ degree
Meta Ads experience
