Health Content Coordinator

Liva Healthcare
UK, United KingdomFull TimeMid-levelPosted Today

Since our inception in 2015 in Denmark, Liva has been a pioneer in the field of digital behaviour change. Our ambition is to empower 1 million people by 2030 to improve their health and well-being by preventing and managing chronic conditions through digitally-powered, evidence-based lifestyle interventions.

Headquartered in Copenhagen and London, our collaborations with healthcare systems - including the NHS, life science companies and health insurers - allow us to impact lives at scale. We recently acquired Momenta, a leading developer and provider of evidence-based, outcome driven, healthy lifestyle solutions that help people negotiate the many day-to-day challenges they face in living healthier lives, with a focus on weight management.

About the role

Liva’s digital health programmes reach patients across multiple chronic conditions and countries, and the content they interact with throughout their journey is core to how they manage their condition, stay motivated, and move forward with confidence. Every piece of content passes through a purpose-built production pipeline that ensures exceptional quality, clinical rigour, and consistency before it reaches our participants.

We’re looking for a Health Content Coordinator to keep that pipeline moving: someone who can coordinate pipeline stages and contributors, who builds effective learning content themselves, and brings a health-literate eye to quality checks and evidence verification.

What you’ll be doing

  • Coordinate content pipelines end-to-end, tracking every piece of content from commission to publication and flagging blockers early to keep programmes on track.

  • Build and maintain e-learning modules in Articulate Rise, including light HTML editing and building for web and email content - so you’re not only able to coordinate the pipeline, but move it forward yourself.

  • Content drafting and first-pass quality review, sense-checking scientific accuracy and behaviour change alignment, flagging items for full clinical sign-off.

  • Assemble and deploy patient engagement communications, managing the comms flow within relevant programmes, ensuring the right content reaches patients at the right moment in their journey.

What you’ll have

  • A health, life sciences, or related degree - you'll be fluent in translating complex scientific concepts into user-friendly information

  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, and sufficient comfort with basic HTML to build and edit content directly.

  • Strong coordination instincts: you can manage several workstreams simultaneously and keep multiple pipelines moving without losing sight of quality.

  • A sharp eye for detail, confident in providing feedback and escalating accordingly - whether there is a scientific claim or statistic that needs double-checking, a version control slip, or a missed visual design guideline.

  • Experience working to a production schedule with review dependencies, so that you are comfortable with planning around other contributors’ timelines as well as your own.

Healthcare or regulated content experience, email marketing or patient communications experience, and exposure to localisation or translation coordination are desirable, but not required.

What you’ll get

This is a role where you’ll watch your work reach real participants and make a real difference to their behaviours and lives. A module you’ll build may help someone understand a new diagnosis and manage their condition with more confidence. A message you scheduled may land at exactly the moment someone needed the encouragement to keep going.

You’ll work across the full content lifecycle, from clinical review to localisation and translation, to instructional design and delivery. You’ll work within a fast-growing digital health company mobilising programmes at scale internationally, and you’ll do it all alongside a team who are passionate about supporting people to advance their health.
