Partner with CFOs and business executives to drive transformational change in Financial Consolidation. Leverage your finance expertise and industry insight to shape strategic conversations on mission-critical client challenges.

Deliver measurable impact across the full project lifecycle, from strategy and design through implementation and optimization, by:

• Defining tailored solutions across Financial Consolidation engagements, translating client requirements into scalable, best-practice approaches
• Strengthening the finance function across all dimensions: organizational design, processes, and technology infrastructure
• Enabling faster, compliant financial closing by implementing IFRS and/or local GAAP consolidation processes that reduce cycle time and operational risk
• Guiding transformation through structured project and change management, ensuring adoption and sustained value realization
• Owning the full delivery cycle—from solution design and blueprinting through knowledge transfer and handover to client teams and IT operations
• Driving business growth by participating in designing and executing business development initiatives (proof-of-concepts, RFP responses, executive presentations)

Let’s talk about you

• 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Financial Consolidation, either as an industry practitioner (e.g., Financial Controller, Group Accountant) or through consulting-led consolidation projects
• Technology-forward mindset with strong affinity for data, systems, and information management; proven experience implementing consolidation platforms (SAP consolidation solutions, Anaplan FCR, Oracle HFM, Cognos Controller, or equivalent)
• Strategic ambition to evolve the Financial Consolidation offering—both for clients and within the team—with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
• Analytical and creative problem-solver who thrives in international, fast-paced, and dynamic environments
• Fluent English (written and verbal); Dutch and/or French proficiency is an asset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of financial close cycles, industry best practices, and fast-close methodologies
• Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements for public and/or private companies
• Working knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP accounting standards and their practical application
• Familiarity with financial audits, internal controls frameworks, regulatory reporting, and disclosure management
