Assistant Leasing Manager (Ref: 260000P8)

Responsibilities

• Implement effective strategies to achieve the assigned targets and maximise revenue and ensure sustainable growth of the Corporation’s shopping centres
• Responsible for new letting and renewal of a portfolio of shopping centres
• Propose leasing strategies, planning and positioning of the shopping centres
• Coordinate with the technical team, shopping centre management team and tenants on day-to-day operation of shopping centres
• Carry out tenancy administration and ensure tenants’ compliance with related legal and statutory requirements
• Monitor budget and expenses, conduct market researches / customer service surveys and business evaluation to support the overall marketing strategy
   

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or a related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably gained in upmarket shopping malls
• Strong marketing sense with solid experience in negotiation and deal conclusion
• Self-motivated and innovative with strong analytical, organisation and interpersonal skills
• Experienced in retail marketing and customer / stakeholder relationship management
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
