Title: Assistant Manager - Finance Location: Hyderabad- Work from Office (Hybrid) Experience Level: 10 to12 years Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Summary: We are seeking an Assistant Manager - Finance to support our growing global finance organization. This role will be responsible for month-end close activities, general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, revenue recognition under ASC 606, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate has approximately 8 to 10 years of relevant accounting experience , a strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, and experience supporting U.S.-based businesses.

Job Description:

Accounting & Audit:

· Month close activities- Accruals, Amortizations, BRS, Prepaid tracking, Fixed Asset Register

· Preparing Financials (P&L, BS) and supporting schedules

· Variances analysis for P&L, BS items and identifying and documenting reasons for variances

· Posting and tagging relevant GL accounts to relevant profit & cost centers while posting entries

· Experience in ZOHO Books, Quick Books Accounting

· Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records in detail

· Interim & Statutory Audit assistance and other taking up all other tasks assigned by Manager

 

Accounts Payable:

· Vendor & Consultant Invoices validation & posting

· Vendor Balance reconciliations periodically

· PO’s & work order verification while posting Invoices

· Timesheets follow up and Validation of Timesheets

· Corporate credit card transactions posting and reconciliations

· Communicating with Vendors for Invoices and other queries

Statutory Compliance:

· TDS, PF, ESI, PT and GST related workings preparation and filing of returns

· Payment of all statutory dues within timelines

· STPI Compliances-filing MPR, QPR, APR, Softex filing

 

Payroll:

· Verifying and validating the payroll inputs in coordination with HR

· Investment declarations collection & verifying and validating the Income tax proofs

· Experience in ZOHO payroll processing

· Assisting the Payroll manager in monthly payroll activities

· Verification of employee investment proofs

· Providing form 16 to All employees at the end of the year

Desired Candidate Profile:

CA Inter/CMA Inter/MBA Finance is preferred with 8-10 years’ experience in accounting & finance operations.

8 years of relevant experience is mandatory
