AlgoSec is looking for a creative, strategic and data-driven Social Media & Advocacy Manager to own our social media presence and help amplify our brand across digital channels.
In this role, you'll lead AlgoSec's organic social media strategy, manage our executive and thought leadership advocacy program, and support our Demand Generation team to develop compelling copy and creative for paid campaigns. You'll work closely with Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, thought leaders and the executive management team to develop engaging content that increases brand awareness, engagement, and business impact.

What You’ll Do
Organic social media
- Own and execute AlgoSec's organic social media strategy across LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube and other relevant platforms
- Act as the department’s SME and advisor for social media content creation
- Develop and manage the social media content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, events, company announcements, and thought leadership initiatives
- Create, publish, and optimize engaging social content by turning technical and thought leadership content into compelling, high-performing social posts
- Monitor industry conversations, trends, and platform updates to identify new engagement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to develop maximize campaign reach and ensure consistent messaging
Executive and thought leadership advocacy
- Manage and expand AlgoSec's executive and thought leadership advocacy program
- Develop LinkedIn content and help maintain an active and authentic social presence for our executives and thought leaders
- Drive participation through ongoing enablement, communications, and performance tracking
Paid ads
- Partner with the Demand Generation team to develop compelling and high-performing messaging, ad copy, and creative concepts for paid campaigns
Analytics & optimization
- Define KPIs and measure performance across organic social media and advocacy program
- Monitor engagement, audience growth, content performance, and advocacy participation
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to continuously improve results
- Identify opportunities to improve audience quality, expand social presence, and increase engagement and overall brand visibility
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Min 3 year of hands-on experience with social media management, analytics, and employee advocacy platforms
- Strong understanding of AI tools for content creation, research, and productivity, with the ability to leverage AI effectively while recognizing its limitations and ensuring content quality and authenticity
- Proven ability to create content that drives engagement, conversations, and audience growth
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn and other social media platforms, including algorithms, audience engagement, emerging trends, and best practices
- Strong project management and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across global teams in a fast-paced, remote environment with minimal supervision
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or a related field
- Experience in cybersecurity B2B tech companies
A reasonable estimate of the OTE for this role, at the time of posting, is $120,000 - $130,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, training, and certifications. Candidates whose requirements fall outside this range are still encouraged to apply.
