ERP Business Process Analyst (Techno-Functional)

We're partnering with an established manufacturing organization seeking an experienced ERP Business Process Analyst to bridge the gap between business operations and technology. This role is ideal for someone with strong ERP knowledge, business process expertise, and experience supporting complex manufacturing environments.

While Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred, candidates with comparable ERP experience (SAP or other enterprise platforms) are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with business and IT teams to analyze, improve, and optimize ERP business processes.

  • Gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable ERP solutions.

  • Design future-state business processes that leverage standard ERP functionality whenever possible.

  • Support ERP implementation activities, including configuration, testing, data migration, and user adoption.

  • Perform gap analysis and recommend standard solutions versus custom enhancements.

  • Develop business process documentation, process flows, and test scripts.

  • Support training, change management, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications (Required)

  • 10+ years of combined business and/or IT experience supporting enterprise ERP solutions.

  • Experience with ERP business analysis, solution design, and requirements gathering.

  • Strong understanding of business process mapping and optimization.

  • Experience with Project Management and Product Cost Management within ERP systems.

  • Knowledge of Engineer-to-Order (ETO), Configure-to-Order (CTO), or other complex manufacturing environments.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Qualifications (Preferred)

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience preferred; comparable ERP platforms (such as SAP) will also be considered.

  • Experience implementing ERP systems within capital equipment or industrial manufacturing environments.

  • Knowledge of finance processes, production execution, and master data management.

  • Experience with Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma methodologies.

  • Experience creating business process flows, test scripts, and end-user documentation.
