We're partnering with an established manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Manufacturing Architect to support a global ERP environment. This is a hands-on architecture role focused on designing, implementing, and continuously improving manufacturing and supply chain solutions across multiple international business units.

What You'll Do
- Lead architecture and solution design for the Manufacturing domain within D365 Finance & Operations.
- Partner with business and IT teams to design scalable, standardized solutions.
- Support the full ERP lifecycle, including implementation, rollout, optimization, and ongoing production support.
- Define architecture standards, governance, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Support continuous process improvements and adoption of new technologies, including AI-enabled capabilities.
Required Experience
- 5+ years leading D365 Finance & Operations Manufacturing architecture in a multinational manufacturing environment (5+ countries preferred).
- Experience supporting both ERP implementations and post-go-live operations.
- Strong background in:
- Production Planning (MRP/MPS)
- Capacity Planning & Scheduling
- Manufacturing Order Management
- Product/Job Costing
- Supply Chain & Manufacturing processes
- Experience with Discrete Manufacturing or Engineer-to-Order (ETO) environments. Capital equipment manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
- Experience integrating D365 with multiple third-party/ISV solutions.
- Knowledge of SaaS platforms, enterprise integrations, and system governance.
Qualifications (Preferred)
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Manufacturing Certification.
- Experience with tools such as Bluestar PLM, Axtension, Docentric, or similar ISV solutions.
- Power BI and Microsoft 365 experience.
- Exposure to AI-enabled business solutions or emerging AI technologies.
