About the opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer and operating as a key member of the senior leadership team, this role will lead a diverse and enterprise-wide portfolio spanning Product Management, Customer Experience, Experience Design, Service Design, Digital Channels, Registration & Licensing, support for Custom Plates and Data Products portfolios.
This is a rare opportunity to influence strategy at scale and create meaningful outcomes for customers, frontline employees, government stakeholders and shareholders.
You will be responsible for defining and executing the long-term Product & Experience vision, driving digital transformation, growing organisational capability, and embedding modern product-led ways of working across the business.
As Group Head Product and Experience you will shape Enterprise Strategy, champion customers, build modern product capability, lead transformation and Innovation and develop high-performing teams.
About you
You are an accomplished executive leader who combines strategic thinking with a deep passion for customers, products and transformation.
You'll bring:
- Significant experience leading large-scale product, customer experience, digital or transformation functions.
- Proven success managing complex portfolios and enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable customer, operational and commercial outcomes.
- Expertise in Product Management, Customer Experience, Service Design and Digital Transformation.
- A track record of building and leading high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement and influencing capability.
- Experience working across complex and highly regulated environments.
