General Accountant/ Kế toán tổng hợp
Mô tả công việc
Kiểm tra và xác thực các chứng từ như hóa đơn, biên lai, …, kiểm tra thuế VAT đầu vào, xuất hóa đơn đầu ra.
Hạch toán các nghiệp vụ kinh tế phát sinh vào phần mềm kế toán
Kiểm tra chứng từ thanh toán, lập đề nghị thanh toán và trình ký chứng từ
Đối chiếu sổ phụ ngân hàng hàng ngày/tuần/tháng.
Kiểm tra theo dõi tạm ứng, thanh toán NCC và Nhân viên.
Tham gia công tác kiểm kê, phối hợp với các bộ phận để hoàn thành công việc.
Tham gia cung cấp, giải trình số liệu phục vụ kiểm toán, quyết toán theo yêu cầu của Kế toán trưởng.
Quản lý và chịu trách nhiệm về công việc được phân công đảm nhiệm.
Thực hiện báo cáo thuế GTGT, báo cáo thuế TNCN hàng quý.
Lập BCTC năm, quyết toán thuế TNDN, TNCN và các báo cáo liên quan.
Lưu trữ chứng từ kế toán theo quy định
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ phát sinh khác do cấp quản lý trực tiếp giao.
Báo tăng, giảm bảo hiểm, giải quyết các chế độ cho người lao động.

What you will be doing

Key Responsibilities
Check and verify source documents such as invoices, receipts and other information and check input VAT, issue output invoices.
Accounting entry in software.
Check payment documents, make payment requests and submit documents for signature
File bank reconciliations
Reconcile bank statements daily/weekly/monthly.
Check and monitor advances and payments to employees and employees.
Participate in inventory work and coordinate with departments to complete work.
Participate in providing and explaining data for auditing and settlement as requested by the Chief Accountant.
Manage and take responsibility for assigned work.
Make VAT reports and personal income tax reports quarterly.
Prepare annual financial statements, finalize corporate income tax, personal income tax and related reports.
Store accounting documents according to regulations
Perform other arising tasks assigned by direct management.

Yêu cầu:
1 - 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí kế toán tổng hợp
Nắm vững chế độ, chuẩn mực kế toán.
Tiếng anh giao tiếp cơ bản.
Trung thực, đáng tin cậy, tinh thần kỷ luật, ý thức trách nhiệm.
Tôn trọng tính bảo mật và có khả năng xử lý thông tin đúng cách
Có tinh thần học hỏi cao, nhanh nhẹn, chủ động trong công việc.
Sử dụng thành thạo vi tính văn phòng (word, excel, power point)
Kỹ năng phân tích, giải quyết vấn đề, giao tiếp và đối thoại.
What we are looking for
Required:
1-2 year of experience in general accountant
Have accounting professional capacity, master accounting regimes and standards.
Good at writing and communication in both Vietnamese and English is an advantage
Honesty, reliability, discipline, sense of responsibility.
Respect for confidentiality and ability to properly handle sensitive information
Have a high spirit of learning, agility, and initiative in work.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, word, power point…
Analytical, problem solving, communication and dialogue skills.
