About the Role

One of the core pillars of EcoOnline’s organic growth strategy is to convert the business to ‘global-ready’ through product enhancements, scalable go-to-market models and continued investment in the partner network.

This role can be based in Australia or New Zealand and will focus solely on the ANZ market. It will be responsible for building partner-led growth while also driving direct sales growth across Australia and New Zealand.

The successful candidate will benefit from dedicated regional support, including Solutions Consultants and renewals support, as well as EcoOnline’s wider global support infrastructure. ANZ remains an important growth market with further opportunity to expand adoption of existing solutions and introduce new product releases, including Chemical Manager, into the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for ANZ sales and revenue growth across partner-led and direct sales channels, with a significant proportion of focus on building partner growth across the region.

  • Develop and execute a focused ANZ go-to-market plan (direct and via Partners) to drive customer acquisition, expansion growth and regional market penetration.

  • Assess, develop and maintain successful partnerships, ensuring partners are enabled to deliver customer acquisition and expansion growth for EcoOnline.

  • Understand the ANZ partnership landscape, capability and capacity to ensure appropriate regional support is in place to satisfy business strategy, goals, objectives and financial targets.

  • Identify and recruit new partners who match the ideal partner profile required to promote and sell EcoOnline solutions across Australia and New Zealand.

  • Build partner engagement plans and work closely with Marketing to develop campaigns for current partners and future partner/customer acquisition.

  • Drive direct sales growth by identifying priority market opportunities, building qualified pipeline and progressing strategic opportunities through to close.

  • Work closely with dedicated regional Solutions Consultants and renewals support to create a consistent customer experience across new business, expansion and retention activity.

  • Leverage EcoOnline’s global support infrastructure, product, marketing and operations teams to bring relevant expertise, enablement and resources into the ANZ market.

  • Support the regional launch and adoption of new product releases, including Chemical Manager, ensuring market readiness, partner enablement and customer demand generation are aligned.

  • Undertake analysis of the competitive landscape across ANZ and provide insight on QHSE, ESG and chemical management market drivers to Product and Marketing teams.

  • Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline hygiene and forecast reporting through HubSpot across partner and direct channels.

What we're looking for:

  • 8+ years in Sales, Channel, Partner, Marketing or Business Development leadership roles

  • 3+ years in Sales, Marketing, Business Development or Partner leadership

  • Proven track record of developing and nurturing commercial partnerships, ideally within SaaS, technology or a related B2B environment.

  • Strong direct sales capability, with experience creating pipeline, managing complex sales cycles and closing new business.

  • Knowledge of sales excellence best practice including pipeline management, opportunity management, forecast management and performance management.

  • Demand generation experience across inbound and outbound motions.

  • Deep understanding of EHSQ, ESG and chemical management market drivers, with ability to translate market opportunity into practical execution.

  • Experience supporting product launches or new solution introduction into a regional market.

  • Self-motivated, resilient and able to demonstrate initiative and ownership in an Australia-based role.
