Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and forward-thinking Senior AI-Driven Financial Process & Workflow
Automation Lead, to lead the organization’s transition from manual and fragmented processes to an AI-powered, automated operating model.
This is a high-impact transformation role responsible for embedding Artificial Intelligence into financial and
operational workflows, enabling smarter decision-making, predictive insights, and significant efficiency
gains.
The ideal candidate will combine deep FP&A expertise, advanced data visualization skills, and hands-on
experience in AI-driven automation, with the ability to design and implement intelligent workflows that
leverage modern AI tools and platforms.
This role requires a leader who can independently assess current processes, identify AI opportunities,
and execute a roadmap to transform the organization into an AI-enabled business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the AI transformation of financial and operational workflows, embedding AI into core processes such as budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and procurement.
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows (e.g., intelligent approvals, predictive forecasting, anomaly detection, automated insights generation).
- Identify high-impact use cases for AI across finance and operations, including:
- Predictive financial modeling
- Automated variance analysis
- Intelligent data extraction and reconciliation
- AI-assisted decision support systems
- Build and deploy automation solutions using a combination of:
- AI tools (LLMs, copilots, AI agents)
- Workflow platforms (Microsoft Power Automate, Make, Zapier, etc.)
- Data tools (Power BI, SQL, Excel automation)
- Develop AI-enhanced dashboards and reporting systems that provide real-time, predictive, and prescriptive insights into leadership.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing systems (ERP, CRM, financial tools) to enable seamless data flow and intelligent automation.
- Establish AI governance, best practices, and scalable frameworks for workflow automation across the organization.
- Lead process re-engineering initiatives (As-Is â AI-enabled To-Be) across finance and operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption of AI tools and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor performance of AI workflows and continuously optimize models, automations, and processes.
- Provide strategic insights and support executive leadership with AI-driven analysis and board
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent preferred).
- 6–10+ years of experience in FP&A, finance transformation, process automation, or related roles.
- Proven experience in implementing AI-driven solutions or intelligent automation within business or finance functions.
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI (mandatory) or Tableau.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms, such as:
- LLM-based tools (e.g., OpenAI APIs, copilots)
- AI automation platforms
- Data analysis and modeling tools
- Experience with workflow automation tools (Microsoft Power Automate preferred or similar).
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, or similar).
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Working knowledge of APIs, data integration, and system architecture.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and reporting standards (GAAP preferred).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
