Role overview 


The Product Marketing Manager (GTM) owns the execution of go-to-market programs that drive awareness, pipeline, and adoption for products and features. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Demand Generation, Sales, Design, and Customer Success, translating launch priorities into campaigns, landing pages, sales assets, and measurable outcomes. 


What this role owns 

  • Build and manage end-to-end GTM plans for product launches, feature releases, and integrated campaigns.

  • Create and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, web, paid, organic, partner, and event channels. 

  • Develop landing pages, campaign briefs, messaging frameworks, and conversion-focused web experiences. 

  • Partner with Sales to align campaign messaging, launch priorities, and follow-up motions that improve conversion and adoption. 

  • Coordinate cross-functional timelines, dependencies, approvals, and launch-readiness checkpoints. 

  • Track campaign and launch performance, identify optimization opportunities, and improve results through structured iteration.


Key responsibilities 


GTM planning and execution 

  • Translate product and business priorities into campaign plans with clear audience, objective, messaging, channel mix, timeline, and success metrics.

  • Run launch workflows from planning through post-launch analysis, including stakeholder alignment and execution follow-through.

  • Support account-based and segment-specific motions with tailored messaging and campaign assets.


Content, web, and asset development 

  • Write or manage copy for landing pages, emails, launch announcements, ads, and nurture flows.

  • Brief and partner with Design and Web teams to ship high-converting campaign pages and supporting creative assets.

  • Adapt core product messaging into persona- and channel-specific content without losing consistency.



Measurement and optimization 


  • Own performance tracking for campaign pipeline, conversion, adoption, and asset engagement.

  • Analyze landing page and campaign performance using metrics such as conversion rate, bounce rate, form completion, influenced pipeline, and ROI.

  • Turn performance insights into test plans for messaging, creative, channels, and web conversion improvements.


Required skills 


  • Strong GTM execution capability, including launch planning, campaign orchestration, and stakeholder management.

  • Proven experience building and optimizing landing pages and other conversion-oriented campaign assets.

  • Excellent copywriting and messaging skills for email, web, sales enablement, and campaign content.

  • Solid analytical ability, with experience measuring campaign performance and translating data into action.

  • Strong project management skills, including prioritization, timeline ownership, and cross-functional coordination.

  • Ability to balance speed and quality in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment.


Preferred qualifications 


  • 4-7 years of experience in product marketing, GTM marketing, or B2B SaaS campaign roles.

  • Experience supporting product launches or feature releases in SaaS or technology environments.

  • Domain experience is preferred.

  • Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and sales enablement workflows.

  • Exposure to account-based marketing, segmentation, and lifecycle campaign planning.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across Product, Sales, Demand Gen, and Customer Success.

Tools and systems 


  • Marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.

  • Expertise in leveraging Claude Code for the agile prototyping, iteration, and deployment of web experiences and campaign collateral.

  • CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.

  • Web and landing page tools such as Webflow, Unbounce, or WordPress.

  • Analytics tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, and dashboarding platforms.

  • Project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Jira, or Notion.


Success metrics


  • Campaign-sourced or influenced pipeline.

  • Landing page conversion rate and form completion rate.

  • Launch delivery against timeline, quality and readiness goals.
