About the Role
Interactive Brokers is seeking a dedicated Client Services Associate to serve as a trusted liaison to our High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) client base. In this role, you will deliver best-in-class service to both existing and prospective clients, playing a key part in cultivating long-term relationships and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience as we continue to expand our global product and service offerings. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in client service—ideally within private wealth management—and demonstrates confidence and professionalism when engaging with HNW and UHNW individuals.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a primary point of contact for HNW and UHNW clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical, account, and trade-related inquiries via email, phone, ticketing systems, and live chat.
• Identify and escalate complex or high-priority issues to appropriate internal stakeholders, while proactively recommending process improvements to enhance service delivery.
• Support additional projects and initiatives as needed, including client education and training, market research, and other strategic assignments.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client service role within banking or private wealth management, with direct experience serving HNW or UHNW clients.
• Commercial apprenticeship with a bank, or a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, preferred.
• Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is required, along with fluency in German or French; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities paired with a client-first approach to service.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with high-profile clientele.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
• A proactive, service-driven mindset with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
