Job Description:
Associate Consultants focus on tasks assigned by more senior team members and are expected to learn Kaleris software functionality and maritime terminal business practices rapidly through documentation, on-site assignments, and structured mentoring. This role embraces Kaleris standardized delivery methodologies and leverages AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-value, and contribute to a scalable, high-quality implementation practice.
College graduate or equivalent; relevant BS degree (e.g., IE, Business, CS, Supply Chain)
Internships or early experience in logistics, maritime, or enterprise software preferred
Solid foundational software skills: configuration, basic integrations, and system troubleshooting
Demonstrable experience with AI productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, AVA, Gemini, Claude…) to support documentation and analysis
Supports Kaleris SCE implementation tasks under guidance of Senior Consultants and Project Managers
Participates actively in Orientation and Analysis sessions: asking questions and documenting requirements
Uses AI-assisted tools to accelerate documentation, issue logging, and deliverable preparation
Logs and tracks customer issues in Salesforce with accurate steps and artifacts for swift resolution
Follows standardized implementation playbooks and contributes to continuous improvement of team assets
Works under close supervision of Senior Consultants and Project Managers
Accountable for assigned tasks; proactively communicates progress and blockers
Follows established processes and methodologies; contributes to team knowledge base
Receives structured mentoring; actively applies feedback to accelerate learning
Excellent written and oral English communication skills; additional language a plus
Develops professional relationships with customer counterparts and Kaleris team members
Listens actively and communicates clearly in customer-facing and internal settings
Maintains composure and professionalism when dealing with challenges or ambiguity
