What your main responsibilities are:
The Go-to-Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for driving the successful rollout, adoption, and communication of strategic sales initiatives across the sales organization. This role combines program management for Go-to-Sales (G2S) projects with the creation of high-impact sales communication and content that aligns stakeholders, enables frontline sales, and supports business growth.
Job scope:
Key Accountability:
1. Go-to-Sales (G2S) Project Management
- Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of Go-to-Sales initiatives in alignment with business priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including marketing, sales excellence, and enablement—to ensure seamless project delivery
- Develop project plans, stakeholder maps, and communication timelines for all sales-facing rollouts.
- Track progress, identify risks, and escalate blockers while driving accountability across teams
2. Sales Communication Strategy & Execution
- Design and execute communication strategies that help translate business priorities into clear, actionable messages for the sales organization
- Build communication assets including newsletters, announcements, leadership messages, sales advisories, and internal updates
- Maintain consistent tone, branding, and messaging across all sales communications
- Partner with sales leaders and SMEs to ensure communications are timely, relevant, and aligned with sales organization
3. Content Development & Enablement Assets
- Create high-quality sales content such as playbooks, guides, pitch decks, battlecards, and training materials
- Ensure content is anchored in seller needs, customer value propositions, and field readiness principles
- Standardize content development processes to maintain clarity, consistency, and on-brand messaging
4. Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment
- Act as the central point of coordination between marketing, leadership, and field teams
- Facilitate alignment across teams to ensure unified communication and clear understanding of sales priorities
- Drive transparency and knowledge-sharing through regular stakeholder updates and structured reporting
5. Insights, Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Measure communication effectiveness through analytics, sales feedback, and engagement data
- Leverage insights to optimize content, messaging, and G2S processes
- Identify gaps in seller understanding or adoption and recommend targeted improvement actions
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple G2S initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with capability to simplify complex information
- Experience in developing sales enablement content and storytelling for commercial audiences
- High stakeholder management skills and the confidence to work with senior leadership
- Strong understanding of sales processes, product value propositions, and G2S
What we are looking for
Required experience:
- Experience of 5 years in Sales Enablement, Sales Communication, Project Management, or GTS initiative roles.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales methodologies, and enterprise communication workflows
- Exposure to working with cross-functional business teams in fast-paced environments
