As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for customers looking to build or strengthen their online presence. You'll take a consultative approach to every interaction by understanding each customer's goals, identifying opportunities, and recommending solutions that help their business succeed.
You'll join a collaborative team focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping entrepreneurs and small business owners navigate their digital journey. What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.
- Handle inbound customer calls while identifying opportunities to grow their online presence.
- Build rapport and uncover customer needs through thoughtful discovery and consultative conversations.
- Educate customers on website solutions, digital marketing, and online business strategies.
- Recommend products and services that align with each customer's business goals.
- Resolve customer concerns within the scope of support while providing a seamless experience.
- Consistently meet or exceed performance expectations, including sales goals, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics.
- Demonstrate strong time management and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Maintain accurate customer documentation and follow established processes.
- Close sales with confidence, professionalism, and integrity.

- Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales goals.
- An excellent communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Passionate about helping small and medium-sized businesses succeed.
- Skilled at building relationships and earning customer trust.
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems while managing several tasks at once.
- Adaptable, coachable, and open to continuous feedback and development.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous sales, customer service, or consultative sales experience.
- Experience working toward sales or performance metrics.
- Familiarity with websites, digital marketing, or online business solutions is a plus but not required.
