Context & Environment
As part of its contribution to the C-DéCIDé project and the development of initiatives related to the energy transition, OLEUM Nord Training Center is seeking a motivated apprentice/intern to support the implementation of Smart Grid solutions and the integration of renewable energy topics into training programs delivered on site.
Working within a team committed to training professionals for the energy challenges of tomorrow, you will contribute to innovative projects developed in collaboration with industrial, technical, and institutional partners within the C-DéCIDé energy ecosystem.
Activities
Main Responsibilities
Smart Grid and Renewable Energy Project Development
- Participate in the design and deployment of training activities and practical workshops related to renewable energies.
- Contribute to the development of solutions and tools supporting energy-related projects.
- Conduct technical studies and feasibility assessments.
Needs Analysis
- Identify and formalize training needs of internal stakeholders (TotalEnergies) and external partners.
- Contribute to the definition of technical solutions aligned with the site's energy transition objectives.
- Prepare analyses, summaries, and recommendations to support decision-making.
Project Management
- Monitor assigned projects, including planning, progress tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
- Contribute to the management of strategic projects related to the energy transition.
- Assist in the preparation of meetings, reports, and action plans.
Communication and Partnerships
- Act as an interface with C-DéCIDé consortium partners and external stakeholders.
- Prepare communication and presentation materials.
- Promote and communicate project outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
Tools and Software
You will have the opportunity to work with:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Power BI
- Programming and data analysis tools, depending on the projects assigned.
Candidate Profile
You are currently pursuing a Master’s Degree (MSc) or an Engineering Degree (equivalent to Bac+5) with a specialization in:
- Renewable Energy
- Electrical Engineering
- Smart Grids
- Energy Systems
- Data Analytics & Energy Systems
Ideally, you have:
- A solid understanding of renewable energy challenges and technologies.
- A strong interest in the energy transition and innovation.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- A proactive mindset, autonomy, and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Professional proficiency in both French and English.
- Knowledge of the C-DéCIDé project would be considered an asset.
