As a Program Delivery Specialist, you'll play an important role in one of WSA's largest global transformation programmes. Working within the Commercial Business Processes team, you'll help keep complex initiatives aligned, ensure stakeholders stay informed, and support the successful adoption of new ways of working across our global organisation. This is a unique opportunity to combine project coordination, change management and communications while partnering with senior leaders across multiple markets.

Please note: This is a 3-year fixed-term contract supporting a strategic global transformation programme.

What you will do

  • Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams within a global transformation programme.

  • Track milestones, dependencies, risks, actions and deliverables to keep initiatives on track.

  • Prepare programme status reports, dashboards and executive updates for senior leadership.

  • Support governance meetings by organising agendas, materials, minutes and follow-up actions.

  • Maintain programme documentation, including RAID logs, decision logs and action trackers.

  • Coordinate change management activities to support business readiness and successful adoption.

  • Create engaging communication materials, including presentations, newsletters and intranet content.

  • Partner with global stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and alignment across teams.

  • Maintain programme templates, communication assets and documentation libraries.

What you bring

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Programme Coordination or a similar role.

  • Experience supporting large-scale business or IT transformation programmes.

  • Experience coordinating change management and communication activities.

  • Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders in a global, matrix organisation.

  • Strong experience preparing executive presentations, reports and communication materials.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, along with Teams and SharePoint.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
